Blue is a- creature- who fell from space one Summer night, as experienced by Vinyl (who simply dubs him 'an alien')
He soon becomes friends with Vinyl, helping him in his mission to find a missing person.
He agrees to be the guitarist, bassist, and lead vocalist for the band 90 Second Nightmare

Blue Miles Jupiter is a small dragon with white fur and blue patches.
He has four dark blue horns on his head, and six matching spines down his back and tail.
He has two large transparent wings and two transparent tail fins.
Blue has one piercing on his left ear.
Blue wears four striped limb warmers, with mismatched blue and red.
He also wears a spiked choker around his neck.
Blue's blood is black with white specks, resembling stardust
